WQCB cast steel asphalt pump is made of cast steel, the main flow area are equipped with a hollow interlayer, asphalt pump and provided with steam / hot water, heat, heat conducting oil and heating of the liquid and asphalt pump, thermal insulation and other functions, when the asphalt pump viscosity should be used to reduce the speed of the pump motor.
WQCB cast steel asphalt pump for conveying non corrosive, not containing solid particles at room temperature and solidification of the medium, especially suitable for outdoor alpine region in the process of installation and insulation medium need occasion.
The pump body is provided with a WQCB asphalt heat pump and is provided with a hollow interlayer, inlet and outlet flanges can be used for thermal oil, steam, hot water and other media for conveying liquid and pump heating and cooling.
1, asphalt insulation pump and motor are connected by elastic coupling, installed on the cast iron chassis.
2, asphalt insulation pump inlet and outlet and heating pipe inlet and outlet, all use standard flange connection (GB/T9116-2000)
3, asphalt insulation pump shaft end seal adopts multi-stage reflux type high temperature packing seal, the sealing performance is reliable.
4, asphalt insulation pump mainly has pump body, insulation sandwich, gear, front and rear cover and shaft end sealing device and other main components. The parts of the pump body and the heat insulation interlayer and the contact part of the high temperature medium are made of the second kind, that is, the carbon structure of the casting is made. The gear, bearing sleeve, main and passive shaft are all made of high quality carbon structural steel and treated by heat treatment, which has high strength and wear resistance.

Asphalt insulation pump according to the operating temperature is divided into three kinds:
A kind of pump body material HT200, gear, shaft, sleeve and other high-quality carbon steel, suitable for temperature within 200 degrees C;
The two kind of pump body is made of carbon steel 45#, and the gear, shaft and sleeve are made of alloy structural steel. The temperature is within 300 degree C;
Three kinds of material of the pump body is alloy structure steel, gear, shaft and sleeve etc. the alloy tool steel, non corrosive, suitable temperature within 400 DEG C not containing solid particles, asphalt and other types of heavy oil under normal temperature solidification and thermal insulation in cold area outdoor installation in the process of the occasion.

1, the transmission pressure can be determined by the user demand;
2, according to user needs for design, installation, testing and other processes.

Installation specification of WQCB cast steel pitch gear pump:
1, the installation of pump location should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance work.
2, pump installation quality, have very important influence on the service life and stable operation of the pump, so the installation of correction work must be carried out carefully, not hasty.
3, pump suction pipe installation height, length and diameter should be calculated, brief, reduce unnecessary losses (such as elbow); and ensure that the pump at work, do not exceed the allowable npsh.
4. Suction and discharge lines should have stents. The pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipeline.

Installation sequence of insulating asphalt pump:
1. The unit is placed on the foundation with anchor bolts, between the base and the foundation, with a pair of wedge pad calibration is using.
2, in the installation process, in order to prevent debris falling into the machine, all the holes of the unit should be covered.
3, after connecting the pipeline and determining the direction of motor rotation, then coupled with the coupling, and check the concentricity of the shaft again.
4, correction of pump shaft and motor shaft concentricity, the shaft coupling on the outer circle of the road, the allowable deviation of 0.1 mm; the gap between the two coupling plane should guarantee 2 ~ 4 mm (small pump for small value) gap should be uniform, the tolerance of 0.3 mm.
5, to prevent the pipeline debris into the pump, the newly installed pipeline, pump should be installed in the plastic filter, the effective cross section of the suction pipe section should be greater than 2 to 3 times.
6, in the actual commissioning of the unit after 2~3 hours, for the final inspection, if there is no bad phenomenon, that the installation of qualified. Check the temperature and vibration of the bearing during the test run.
7, loosen the bolt, using the level on the pump shaft and the base, by adjusting the wedge pad, correction unit level, properly tighten the bolts to prevent walking.
