200X pressure reducing and stabilizing valve consists of main valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge. When used, the outlet pressure can be maintained automatically when the outlet pressure is adjusted. The product is controlled by pilot valve without any other devices and energy sources. It is easy to maintain and has high accuracy of pressure control. It has little influence on inlet pressure and flow rate, and it is reliable to reduce pressure and stabilize voltage. This series of valve products are widely used in high-rise building, living area and other water supply pipe network system and urban water supply project.
■ Working principle:
When the valve enters the water supply from the inlet, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the setting value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve is closed. The main valve controls the chamber pressure rising and closing the main valve, and the outlet pressure is no longer rising.
When the outlet pressure of the valve drops to the setting pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve is opened and the control room is drained downstream. The pressure of the main valve control chamber is decreased because the drainage amount of the pilot valve system is larger than that of the needle valve. The inlet pressure makes the main valve open. In steady state, the inlet and drainage of the control room are the same, the opening of the main valve is constant, and the outlet pressure is stable.
Adjust the guide valve spring to set the outlet pressure.
