The rectifier module has output overvoltage hardware protection and output overvoltage software protection, and the hardware overvoltage protection point is 59.5Vdc + 0.5Vdc. After the hardware overvoltage protection, it needs manual intervention to start the device. Software protection can be used by the monitoring module settings, set the range of 56Vdc to 59Vdc (for more than, high output voltage 0.5Vdc factory default 59Vdc) software has two kinds of overvoltage protection mode, can through the background of software maintenance: 1. a lock mode when the output voltage of rectifier module to software protection after rectifier module shut down and maintain, the need for manual intervention before resuming work. 2. two overvoltage locked mode rectifier module software protection, automatic shutdown 5S boot, if within a set time (the default is 5 minutes, can monitor the module settings) occurred second times over voltage, rectifier module is shut down and keep the need of manual intervention to boot. Fault diagnosis of rectifier module
