ZBSF all stainless steel solenoid valve, it can automatically open or close after receiving the electronic control signal, to achieve the liquid medium in the pipeline breaking or flow regulation control.

ZBSF series all stainless steel solenoid valve is the executor of industrial process automation control system. It can automatically switch on or off after accepting the electronic control signal, and realize the on-off or flow regulation control of the liquid medium in the pipeline.

All stainless steel solenoid valve can be widely used in textile, printing, chemical, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, machinery, electrical appliances, surface treatment and other production and research departments, as well as bathrooms, canteens, air conditioning and other people's daily living facilities. ZBSF-Y series solenoid valve is mainly used for the control of corrosive liquid, ultra clean liquid and edible liquid media. ZBSF series solenoid valve is mainly used in the control of corrosive gas, ultra clean gas and other gas medium.

Main features of all stainless steel solenoid valve

Corrosion resistance: most parts are made of stainless steel or cast stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance.

Heat resistance: electromagnetic parts, seals all adopt special heat-resistant electrical materials and sealing materials, and the use of effective insulation measures.

Wear resistance: material selection is reasonable, valve cup and guide sleeve skillfully use fluid lubrication, reduce wear and tear.

Reliable: the structure is simple, compact, and combines the advantages of direct acting and pilot indirect solenoid valve. It can work reliably under the condition of low pressure difference or zero pressure difference.

Structure principle of all stainless steel solenoid valve

The valve is a step action direct pilot electromagnetic valve, according to the switch state when the switch is different, can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve. Normally closed solenoid valve, the coil is energized, the armature under the action of electromagnetic force first drive the vice valve start, the main valve in the formation of the medium pressure and electromagnetic force under the action of opening. The coil is switched off and the armature parts are reset. The main and auxiliary valves close tightly with the pressure of the medium.

Normally open solenoid valve, the coil is energized, the armature under the action of magnetic force down, push the vice valve plug down, until the auxiliary valve seat pressed, vice valve closed, because the main valve cup up and down pressure tends to be equal, the main valve cup by magnetic force and self compacting tight cover, valve closed. The coil is powered off, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the auxiliary valve plug are rising by the spring, the vice valve is opened, the main valve valve cup medium flows through the auxiliary valve, the pressure drops, the main valve valve cup rises from the bottom to bottom pressure difference, the main valve opens, the valve opens.

Instructions for installation of all stainless steel solenoid valves

1, install the solenoid valve coil up and maintain the vertical position, solenoid valve on the arrow or marker should be consistent with the pipeline flow, shall not be installed in a splash of water or Water Leakage place.

2. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean without particle impurities, and the dirt and filter on the inner surface of the solenoid valve must be cleaned regularly.

3, in the solenoid valve failure, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time, and ensure the normal operation of the system, good installation of bypass devices (Figure 1). Caution: the bypass valve must be closed normally. If the solenoid valve is installed on the bracket, the diameter of the solenoid valve should be smaller than the diameter of the valve on the main pipe. As shown in fig (two).

4, before the installation of solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is recommended to install filter in front of valve and install drain valve in steam pipe.

5, don't put the concave valve installed in the pipeline, so as to avoid condensation of water vapor, impurities deposited on the valve and prevents action.

6, ordinary type can not be used in explosive dangerous occasions.

7, in the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended that the front and rear pipe of the valve be fixed with a bracket, so as to prevent the electromagnetic valve from causing vibration during operation.

8, before installation, should pay attention to see the product signs, carefully read the instructions, to determine whether the product meets the conditions of use.

9, solenoid valve before and after the installation of pressure gauges, in order to observe the pipeline pressure.

 

Maintenance of all stainless steel solenoid valve

1, recommend the use of units assigned to responsible for the use of maintenance.

2, solenoid valve installed, must pass through the media test action several times, confirm the normal rear can be put into use.

3, should regularly clean big valve inside and outside the armature suction surface dirt. Be careful not to damage the sealing surface.

4, when the solenoid valve is not used for a long time, the valve should be closed before the manual valve, when re opened, the steam solenoid valve should be condensed water clean, and try several times, pending the switch is normal, can be put into use.

5. When the solenoid valve is unloaded from the pipeline, the internal parts should be tested and stored in compressed air.

6, the use of a long time, such as the piston and seat seal is not good, the piston sealing surface can be re polished, and then grinding the valve seat.

7, the work should pay attention to the pressure gauge before and after the valve, requiring the work pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure, the work pressure difference must be within the rated pressure range. When the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the working pressure difference exceeds the rated pressure difference, the solenoid valve should be stopped and the manual valve is closed before and after closing to prevent the explosion and leakage of the solenoid valve
