ZBSF stainless steel solenoid valve

ZBSF stainless steel solenoid valve is the executor of industrial process automation control system. It can automatically switch on or off after accepting the electronic control signal, and realize the on-off or flow regulation control of the liquid medium in the pipeline.
This series of solenoid valves can be widely used in textile, printing, chemical, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, machinery, electrical appliances, surface treatment and other production and research departments, as well as bathrooms, canteens, air conditioning and other people's daily living facilities. ZBSF-Y series solenoid valve is mainly used for the control of corrosive liquid, ultra clean liquid and edible liquid media. ZBSF series solenoid valve is mainly used in the control of corrosive gas, ultra clean gas and other gas medium.
The valve is a step action direct guided normally closed solenoid valve. After the coil is energized, the armature drives the small valve to start first, and the big valve opens under the action of the pressure difference of the medium and the electromagnetic force. The coil is switched off and the armature parts are reset. The size valve closes tightly with the pressure of the medium.

Structure principle of ZBSF stainless steel solenoid valve

The valve is a direct step pilot solenoid valve action, according to the on-off state of the different power failure, can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and a normally open solenoid valve coil is energized, the armature of the electromagnetic force of the first drive side valve is opened, the main valve pressure difference and the electromagnetic force in the formation of the medium under the open. The coil is switched off and the armature parts are reset. The main and secondary valves close tightly with the pressure of the medium.
Normally open solenoid valve, the coil is energized, the armature under the action of the magnetic force down, push the vice valve plug down, until the auxiliary valve seat and vice valve closed, because the main valve cup pressure difference between the upper and the lower, the main valve cup by magnetic force and self tight tight cover, valve closed. The coil is powered off, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the auxiliary valve plug are rising by the spring, the vice valve is opened, the main valve valve cup medium flows through the auxiliary valve, the pressure drops, the main valve cup rises from the upper and lower pressure difference, the main valve opens, and the valve opens.

Installation instructions

1, install the solenoid valve coil up and maintain the vertical position, solenoid valve on the arrow or marker should be consistent with the pipeline flow, shall not be installed in a splash of water or Water Leakage place.
2. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean without particle impurities, and the dirt and filter on the inner surface of the solenoid valve must be cleaned regularly.
3, in the solenoid valve failure, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time, and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is best to install bypass devices: Note: the bypass valve must be closed. If the solenoid valve is installed on the bracket, the diameter of the solenoid valve should be smaller than the diameter of the valve on the main pipe.
4, before the installation of solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is suggested that the filter be installed before the valve, and the steam pipe shall be equipped with a drain valve.
5, the valve installed in the pipe should not be concave, so as to avoid condensation of water vapor, impurities deposited on the valve and prevent action.
6, ordinary type can not be used in explosive dangerous occasions.
7, in the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended that the front and rear pipe of the valve be fixed with a bracket, so as to prevent the electromagnetic valve from causing vibration during operation.
8, before installation, should pay attention to see the product signs, carefully read the instructions, to determine whether the product meets the conditions of use.
9, before and after the solenoid valve to install pressure gauges, in order to observe the pipeline pressure.

Service and maintenance

1, recommend the use of units assigned to responsible for the use of maintenance.
2, solenoid valve installed, must pass through the media test action several times, confirm the normal rear can be put into use.
3, should regularly clean big valve inside and outside the armature suction surface dirt. Be careful not to damage the sealing surface.
4, when the solenoid valve is not used for a long time, the valve should be closed before the manual valve, when re opened, the steam solenoid valve should be condensed water clean, and try several times, pending the switch is normal, can be put into use.
5. The solenoid valve is removed from the pipeline. When not in use, the internal and parts should be tested and stored in compressed air.
6, the use of a long time, such as the piston and seat seal is not good, the piston sealing surface can be re polished, and then grinding the valve seat.
7, work should pay attention to the pressure gauge before and after the valve, requiring the work pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure, the solenoid valve to stop use, closing the manual valve before and after, to prevent the electromagnetic valve explosion and leakage.
